Returns and Defective Products
If a defective or incorrect product is delivered, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives. We will exchange or refund only if the reason for the exchange or refund is recognized as appropriate. Even within 7 days after the product arrives, products that show signs of use cannot be exchanged. Products purchased from third parties, gifts, or second-hand products, including unused items, are not eligible for exchange or refund.
